Welcome to the reccity sports help center. We have pulled some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers and compiled them all into one place. Should you have any other questions that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.
CAN I BRING GUEST?
Guest are allowed free entry to all events but are not allowed to participate without registering.

ARE CHILDREN ALLOWED ENTRY?
All Reccity Sports events are for adults, 18 year and older. Children can enter as guest but are not permitted to participate.

What should I Know before attending an event?
Before attending an event with Reccity Sports, there are a few things to keep in mind to ensure a positive experience for all players and guest:
Get ready to play: Players are required to bring their own shoes and shorts to participate in games. Jerseys will be provided prior to the event and reversible uniform shorts can be purchased to match jerseys.

Security check: All players and guest will be checked at the door before entering the event. Clear backpacks are recommended for ease of security screening.

No tolerance for fighting: Reccity sports has a strict zero-tolerance policy against fighting. Anyone involved in a fight will be removed from the event immediately.

What payment plans do you offer?
We offer a plan for team registration. Instead of paying per player, buy a plan and register a team for only $50 ( this can divided up amongst one another afterwards).
